All cancellation requests must be sent to hello@digitalcatapult.com with your payment email address, full name and company name. These requests must be sent with more than 3 days left on your subscription. So, for example, if you're subscription is due to renew on the 17th, you must request your cancellation before the 14th. If a request is sent with less than 3 days left on your subscription, the service will be cancelled the following month.
